During these tricky and unprecedented times, we have a responsibility to follow government guidelines. We have therefore reviewed all our services which involve physical interaction, for the safety of our customers, as well as our colleagues.
As a result, we are in contact with all of our customers who are currently in the process of being allocated a property to talk about next steps. We are doing our best to avoid delays in properties being ready, but due to the extent of the current crisis, please understand that delays will be inevitable.
For the time being, we are not processing any new mutual exchange applications. If you have already applied and you’re awaiting a decision, our Allocations team will have contacted you to discuss our current position. If you have not spoken to a member of the team then please contact us using the details at bottom of this page. We are sadly unable to undertake the required safety checks at this time to enable your exchange to progress.
If your exchange has already been approved and you are waiting to move, we are sorry to advise that your exchange will be placed on hold until we can facilitate safety visits as well as the signing of agreements.
If you are making a garage application, please continue to do this through our website. Our intention is to continue offering garages in this period, however we are unable to allocate keys to customers at the moment and will arrange handover of keys when it is safe to do so.
