A warning to our customers, there has been a rise in local courier fraud crimes. We are keen to share some top tips for staying safe. Never give out personal details (full name, address or bank details, including your PIN) over the phone. Look out for those who claim to be from services such as the police, but only give vague details about themselves over the phone, which cannot be checked. Stay vigilant and report anything that seems suspicious. If you receive one of these calls, which are often out of the blue, end it immediately and report the incident to the police.
