Customer feedback/surveys

At Grand Union, we like to gather our customers’ views on different subjects as this enables us to look at how we deliver services and how we could make improvements.

One way we gather customer feedback is by carrying out surveys on my.guhg, the portal which enables you to carry out various functions associated with your tenancy.

Some of the previous surveys we have carried out and their outcomes are:

The most popular options were added into the kitchen ranges offered to customers when kitchens are due a replacement


New build home – specification options What options you would prefer (budgets allowing), for example extended patio rather than turf laid to back garden


We noted customer preferences and where budgets for new builds allow, we will include some additional options
Our response to Covid-19 Your views on how well Grand Union has responded to Covid-19, including the support we have provided customers


We are reviewing the responses we received and looking at how we can plan well for events in the future
