Customer survey update

News – 16 February 2022

Some of you may have taken part in the large survey that was sent by email and phone towards the end of last year. Once again, thank you for doing this, we have collected really valuable information, and seen that we do have steps that need taking to improve our service. Now, for us the hard work is starting!

We are using the responses to make some big decisions about how we provide our services, making sure that we meet the needs of you, our customers. As decisions are made, and we progress, we will provide more information to you, and we will aim to make it far easier for you to provide us with feedback about how we’re doing, and more importantly listen to you.

We are aiming to launch a new feedback platform later in the year. We’ll update you on that soon, so look out for opportunities to get involved in shaping the future of Grand Union.
