Five free services you may not know we offer

  1. Employment and Digital Inclusion

We don’t just put roofs over people’s heads. We can help people to get online, into work or training and can offer help with CV writing, interview and employability skills. Our Employability and Skills Project Officer, Scott, may be able to help you.

  1. Assistive Technology

Need a little extra support from safety equipment such as fall detectors, bed/chair/door sensors, epilepsy sensors or a lifeline pendant? We can help with those too. Our Independent Living team can help organise this equipment and any additional support, including regular visits from an Independent Living Advisor.

  1. Benefits and Money Advice

We have a Financial Inclusion team who help our customers with benefit and money advice. If you want to challenge a decision that’s been made about your benefits, need help with filling in forms, or you just want to check you’re claiming the right benefits for you, we can help. If you have money troubles, take advantage of our free and confidential money advice service; we can help you take control of your debts instead of letting them control you.

  1. Tenancy Support

Need help maintaining your tenancy? Our Tenancy Support team can ensure you have everything in place to live independently. The tailored service is centred around your household and can get the right services in place, help with paperwork, apply for grants and much more.

  1. Wellbeing

This service focuses on using the ‘Five ways to wellbeing’ model to combat isolation and support the people in or communities through a mixture of activity days and community hubs.
