Giving you a voice

Here at Grand Union, we believe it’s really important to hear ideas and opinions from all our customers.

We asked you for your views last year and you told us we need to listen to you more and use your views to improve our services.

That’s why we are launching Grand Union Voice, our new online community and we want you to be part of it. Listening to you will help shape and improve our services and give you the best possible experience.

As a member of Voice, you’ll have the opportunity to give us your opinion on a range of topics including new concepts, ideas to improve service and experience, and scrutinise our performance.

You can decide how much or how little you want to be involved across a range of different surveys, polls, discussions and even some fun stuff. Everything is completed in the privacy of your own home at a time that suits you and it’s completely confidential and anonymous. You’ll also be able to share your ideas with other customers and see what they think and feel too.

To thank you for your involvement, we’ll share results and let you know how your feedback is shaping our services – and you’ll have the opportunity to win Amazon vouchers too.

We’ll ask for your feedback on a regular basis. Even if you sign up, there is no pressure to get involved in every activity – taking part is optional and the variety will give you the opportunity to participate in activities and topics that you are interested in.

Keep an eye on our website and Facebook page for more information throughout the summer as we’ll be looking for some customers to help test Voice to ensure it’s right for you.
