We’re proud to have once again retained the highest possible rating in our assessment by the Regulator of Social Housing.
The Regulator reconfirmed our G1/V1 rating after conducting their recent review which considers the strength of our governance systems and procedures, our finances and our long-term business plan.
Mona Shah, Executive Director of Finance & Business Services, said: “Because we’re responsible for the homes and neighbourhoods of more than 27,000 people, we take our role as a social landlord very seriously. That’s why everyone one at Grand Union is delighted to have once again retained a G1/V1 rating – especially in what has been a tough year for so many.
“To be given this top rating again shows the hard work our team has put in during the last 12 months to ensure we’re a financially strong and well-run organisation that continues to build great homes where people can live great lives.”
We’ve held a top rating for both our Governance and Financial Viability since the Regulator first brought them in.
