Quince Court is one of our Extra Care schemes and is situated in the market town of Sandy, Bedfordshire. Extra Care means that our Independent Living service offers tailored support to those aged 55+ who have care or support needs to enable them to live securely in their own home.
Quince Court has 30 individual flats (26 one-bed and 4 two bed), a communal lounge, kitchen and laundry room. There’s also a garden, assisted bathroom, a guest room and a scooter store on site. Residents and their guests can enjoy relaxing in the sun room, which is a bright modern space with comfy seating. All flats are fitted with a 24 hour emergency alarm system.
Sandy has an excellent range of shops, supermarkets and amenities and, with a bus stop nearby, the towns of Biggleswade and Bedford are within easy reach.
