Our new, and improved, MyGUHG customer portal is an online system that gives you access to our services and information, so it’s an easy way for you to manage your tenancy. No more trying to call us in your coffee or lunch break!
You can make payments, view rent statements, request repairs and we’ll be uploading videos of handy hints to help you look after your property, for example how to bleed radiators and how to reduce condensation.
If you’ve never used it before, it’s easy to sign up, you will just need your tenancy reference number. More details can be found here.
If you previously had a MyGUHG account, you will just need to request a new password. How to do this can be found here.
