We have some exciting news for our customers. We are teaming up with HomeSwapper and SwapTracker to offer our customers more opportunity and support when looking for a mutual exchange. The HomeSwapper service will be free for all Grand Union customers.
Our customers can already make use of the House Exchange service, but we believe that offering HomeSwapper too will give greater choice of areas and properties that may be available.
HomeSwapper is the UK’s biggest mutual exchange service for social housing customers with over 200,000 homes listed. They can help you search for possible swaps, get in touch with others looking to move and arrange viewings until you find your perfect home.
