We’ve been hard at work making some improvements to our customer portal, MyGUHG, meaning you can do even more through the portal than before!
Take a look at the new functions below…
Cancelling a repair appointment
You are now able to cancel a repair until 5pm the day before the appointment, for example if the issue has been fixed or resolved.
Digital ID verification
You can now verify your identity via the application process within the portal.
Viewing the latest EPC and gas certificates
You can now view the latest EPC and gas certificates for your property.
On top of these new features, don’t forget what you can already do on the portal, detailed below!
- View multiple tenancies
- Pay rent and view rent statements
- Report and book a repair appointment
- View all past repairs history while in that tenancy
- Update telephone and email details
- Update, add and remove occupants
- Leave feedback
What’s more, new customers can complete the full onboarding journey from completing an application form, viewing details on a property, including a virtual tour, to accepting the property and receiving a key box code on move in day.
