As of 1 September, we will have a new contractor to deal with our air source heat pumps.
Low Carbon Exchange (LCX), specialists in renewable heating systems, will be responsible for all of the components of your system as well as any servicing, maintenance and repairs.
If you have any issues with your system moving forward, please call us on 0300 123 5544, including out of hours emergencies. Please do not call our old heating contractor.
LCX will be writing to those customers with air source heat pumps to arrange an annual service and safety check of their system.
