Today, we are excited to be launching our new, and improved, MyGUHG customer portal!
What is it?
It’s an online system that gives you access to our services and information, so it’s an easy way for you to manage your tenancy. No more trying to call us in your coffee or lunch break!
What can I use it for?
You can make payments, view rent statements, request repairs and we’ll be uploading videos of handy hints to help you look after your property, for example how to bleed radiators and how to reduce condensation.
How do I register for it?
If you’ve never used it before, it’s easy to sign up, you will just need your tenancy reference number. More details can be found here.
What if I already have a MyGUHG account?
There is no need to re-register a MyGUHG account; now the new portal is live, simply request a forgotten password using your registered email address.
Times might be challenging at the moment, but we hope that the new and improved MyGUHG will help make managing your tenancy even easier!
