We are proud to have delivered much needed properties for vulnerable Bedford residents.
Recently, we worked with Bedford Borough Council to complete 18 specialist modern apartments for adults with mental health needs.
The completion of the much-anticipated Gatehouse Mews complex comes as the UK faces a devastating housing crisis and the demand for supported housing is on the rise.

Gatehouse Mews, built on the old town’s iron works site, comes as part of our plans to build more than 400 homes this year.
Brilliantly located close to the attractive River Great Ouse, the apartments are only a short walk or cycle to the town centre. Alongside the independent living properties, there are also 31 properties available for rent and shared ownership.
