New way to have your say

Coming this July, we’ve got a great new way for you to let us know what you think about your experience when contacting us.

Your opinion really does matter to us and we want you to have a real impact in shaping and improving the services we provide. After all, our services are here for you, so you’re the only ones who can tell us how well they are working.

So whether you get in touch by phone, email, live chat or social media, we’ll give you an opportunity to give us feedback.

It’s really quick and easy – you’ll get an email or text asking for a satisfaction rating and your comments so you can tell us whether you are happy or unhappy. We’re particularly interested in your comments as this will help us to provide the best service for customers.

Text replies will be charged at your standard network rate, if you don’t have them free in your mobile contract.
