We wanted to give you an update on how things are going with our heating contractor, PH Jones, following some of the issues you’ve been facing.
We’re pleased to say that they’ve added more staff to their office team which is having a positive impact, with call wait times now significantly reduced.
They’ve also brought in a number of additional engineers, and their teams are working overtime to get through the backlog of jobs.
We know that there are still some issues and both the teams at Grand Union and PH Jones are working hard to resolve all of these.
Once again, we’d like to apologise to anyone who has had any issues or experienced poor service. If you are still experiencing any issues, please comment below so we can deal with it and get things sorted for you.
