Storms continuing to disrupt

News – 21 February 2022

As the UK continues to be hit by further stormy weather, we wanted to provide you with an update on how it’s affecting our services.

Firstly, we hope that nobody has been badly affected and that you and your families are safe and well.

Since Friday, hundreds of you have been in touch and we’re working really hard to deal with your queries and issues. We will reply to all of you, but please bear with us as it will take some time.

If you have an urgent issue or emergency, continue to get in touch – calling us on 0300 123 5544 should be the quickest but you still may have to wait a while due to the volume of calls we’re receiving and we’re sorry about potential delays.

The best way to get in touch with us if it isn’t an emergency is to do so using your MyGUHG account. This can also be used to log non-urgent repairs.

Alternatively, Sam, our virtual web assistant may be able to answer your questions.

Unfortunately, a number of our repairs services continue to be affected by the storm, with all external and roof works suspended to ensure the safety of our colleagues.

Once the storm passes we will ensure that we work through all paused works as quickly as we can.

Thanks for your understanding and stay safe.
