At Grand Union, we’re keen to ensure our customers have a voice so they can influence our decision making about the services they receive. By listening to your views we can provide a much better experience for you.
That’s why, over the next few months, we’re looking for customers to attend online feedback meetings via Zoom. All you need to take part is access to a laptop, desktop computer or a tablet.
The meetings are being conducted by an external company called tpas who are experts at engaging with housing association customers and, as there won’t be anyone from Grand Union present, you can talk freely. And don’t worry, everything you say will be anonymous and confidential.
Our customer consultation will begin next month with our repairs service so keep an eye on your emails for an invitation to take part.
