Our IT and Customer Contact teams are delighted to have been nominated for a ‘Best Digital Transformation’ award. The nomination, hosted by Housing Digital, recognises the teams’ hard work and collaboration in adapting and evolving our digital services, particularly for customer contact services.
Simon Penaluna, Director of IT at Grand Union, said “The nomination from customer contact software supplier FourNet and subsequent shortlist makes me so very proud of the teams involved in the digital transformation at Grand Union.
“Over the last 12 months we have pushed the boundaries and invested massively in our customer contact technology. With our solution we offer our customers a way of contacting us at any time in a way that is convenient for them, from email, web chat, over the phone and other means.
“Through our online virtual assistant, Sam, we deal with more routine enquiries, which in turn allows our colleagues more time to support customers with a more challenging need.
“Colleagues also have access to a reliable system they trust, enabling them to interact with customers from anywhere they choose to work. This has proved vital throughout the coronavirus pandemic.”
