News – 24 June 2021
Feedback from our customer communication survey told us that you wanted to see more news about our new build homes for sale or rent, so here’s an update on where we’re currently building:
Bradwell Common, Milton Keynes (pictured)
Very close to the centre of Milton Keynes we’re building 14 one-bed apartments, 12 two-bed houses and 8 three-bed houses for rent and for shared ownership. These are due for completion at the end of March 2022.
Quince Court, Sandy
This independent living scheme currently has 26 one-bed and 4 two-bed apartments for those aged 55+ who have care and support needs. We are building an extension, due for completion at the end of September, with a further 25 apartments, each with their own balcony and front door. There will also be a rooftop terrace.
Paulerspury, West Northants
We’re building 10 houses for shared ownership and nine for social rent in this pretty Northamptonshire village. There will be a mix of two and three bed houses and building work is due to start in the next few weeks.
Whitehouse, Milton Keynes
We’re building 14 shared ownership homes – a mix of one and two bedroomed flats and three and four bedroomed houses. These are due for completion by the end of June.
Silverstone, Northants
We’re building 11 homes for affordable rent (a mix of flats and houses) and 13 homes for shared ownership sale (a mix of two and three bedroomed houses). These are due for completion between June and August with the last plots handing over in March 2022.
