Many of you are keen to know where we’re building in our operating region, so here are some highlights of our current developments.
Rothersthorpe Road
We’re in the process of building 10 properties in the picturesque village of Kislingbury, Northamptonshire. Most of these homes will be available for affordable rent, with three remaining properties available for shared ownership. They will be a mixture of one, two and three bedrooms.
Oakview Court
Anticipated in Summer 2022, we’re building 18 shared ownership apartments in popular Walnut Tree, Milton Keynes. Designed with modern living in mind, there is allocated parking with electric car charging and penthouse apartments with stunning views.
Sorrel Gardens
You may have seen from other articles that we’re making great progress in finishing our biggest ever development – Sorrel Gardens at Biggleswade. The main image shows the current stage of the build, which will provide 93 Extra Care apartments for the over 55s with an identified care need. Properties will be available for rent and shared ownership.
Ashwood Green
Coming soon to central Bedfordshire is this anticipated, small development of 31 homes. Set in the village of Bidwell, these two and three bedroom properties will be available for shared ownership.
