You may not know that we are building an additional 25 self-contained apartments at Quince Court, our extra care scheme in Sandy, Bedfordshire.
Work is coming along nicely on the new apartments, all of which have their own balcony and front door, with them due to be completed at the end of September.
Quince Court offers tailored support to customers over 55 who have care or support needs, enabling them to live securely in their own home.
The 30 existing apartments, as well at the scheme itself, have had a full refurbishment to offer modern independent living.
