You said – and we listened

News – Monday 22 February 2021

Thank you to those of you who filled in our communications survey back in the autumn, where we asked you questions about our newsletter, our website and our Facebook page. Here’s some more of your feedback and what we’re doing as a result…

We asked what we could do to improve our newsletter and most of you thought that no improvements were needed, which is great, thank you!

Some of you said you wanted to hear more about:

  • our building plans…
so we’ve started to include updates on where we’re building new homes. We hope you found this useful in our December newsletter. The February edition has an update on some of our supported housing schemes in Hertfordshire.
  • our customers…
so we’ll be publishing real stories from real customers about the services we’ve provided, from financial/debt advice to employment skills/training courses and helping people to find a home of their own through shared ownership.
  • our colleagues…
so we’re pleased that we’ll be sharing some profile articles about our members of staff. Our first ‘focus on’ article is on Gina, a colleague in the Domestic Abuse & Safeguarding team.

A few of you asked for a printed newsletter. It’s part of our corporate plan to be sustainable, so we print as little as possible, but if you would like to receive a printed copy of our newsletter, you will need to let us know by calling the Comms team on 0300 123 5544 or emailing pr@guhg.co.uk

Remember, you can keep up-to-date on all our news on our website and on our Facebook page.
