We’re delighted that our Director of Customer Experience, Naomi Sweeting, is one of seven finalists in the Market Research Society (MRS) Excellence Awards, in the Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Changemaker category, for her work around customer insight.
The awards seek to recognise individuals in the research, insight and data analytic sector who are making specific contributions to meaningful equality, diversity and inclusion initiatives, whether that’s within their own organisation or as part of work they do in the wider community.
Naomi said: “I’m thrilled to have my work recognised by these prestigious awards.
“Our customer insight work is helping us to truly understand our customers and design our services in consideration of inclusion, and I’m excited to now be delivering this work for other organisations in the housing sector.”
The judges said: “Naomi’s work around ED&I in the housing sector is leading to changes that will benefit people from diverse backgrounds for many years to come. Equality in housing is an extremely important issue, but the routes to properly understanding diverse needs has been limited. Her work is helping to achieve greater evidence-based equality in social housing.”
The winner will be announced at the MRS Excellence Awards lunch in London on 9 June.
