Life24 has been specially designed to provide an affordable solution to promote independence for vulnerable people of all ages. It’s available across Bedfordshire and Northamptonshire.
It provides children, young people, adults and the elderly who are at risk, due to frailty, physical or mental health conditions, disability, impairments, fleeing domestic abuse situations or addiction, with the opportunity to live with independence, confident in the knowledge that an emergency response is available 24-7.
The tailored service includes:
- A personal alarm and sensors
- A professional 24-hour response service
- Regular contacts from a Life24 Advisor
The Life24 alarm and response system is simple, discrete and intuitive to use. Every Life24 user is provided with an alarm in the form of a wearable device or pendant, and specialist sensors.
We also provide personalised support with regular, scheduled contacts with a Life24 Advisor.
Life24 is quite literally a lifeline for many people. It enables patients who are being discharged from hospital, the elderly and disabled, chronic disease and long-term condition sufferers, as well as people with learning disabilities and dementia, to live with independence in their own homes.
