Office hours over Christmas and the New Year

News – 15 December 2022 Please note that we will close for Christmas at 5pm on Friday 23 December and re-open at 8.45am on Tuesday 3 January. Whilst the office is closed, our emergency repairs service will be available in addition to our normal out of hours service. Please call 0300 123 5544. Please be aware that payments made between 23 December and 2 January may not show on your account during this time. We’ll be updating these when our office reopens and all payments should be visible by 4 January.
