Project Mackenzie
Project Mackenzie is our fantastic scheme to help young people into work.
The courses, which are run with the help of Olympic silver medallist Kriss Akabusi, see people aged 16–24 learning valuable skills to prepare them for work while at the same time gaining motivation and help with CVs and preparation for interviews.
The four week courses see participants who are not in education, employment or training benefit from training from Construction Gateway, which helps them to gain a level one in Construction Multi Craft skills, as well as learning fundamental business skills plus input from Barclays Bank, CV writing and referencing which is delivered by i-Tang, part of The Akabusi Charitable Trust.
