We have recently written to customers whose homes are due for a stock condition survey. We have appointed a specialist company called Ridge to carry out these surveys.
If Ridge call, please let them into your home to carry out their work. These surveys are important as they help us understand about any work that’s required to maintain your home.
Surveyors will carry ID and a letter of authority from us. If you’re in any doubt about their ID, please call us on 0300 123 5544 to check.
And if you’re not home when they call, don’t worry, they’ll leave a card with their contact details.
In the meantime, if your home is scheduled for an inspection by one of our Property Managers, and is also in need of a stock condition survey, the Property Manager will complete this at the same time to save you booking a separate appointment. Please note, this will add 30 minutes to your inspection time.
