Here’s an update of some of the places where we’re building new homes, focusing on Northamptonshire:
Paulerspury: We’re building 19 two and three bedroomed houses, nine for social rent and 10 for shared ownership sale in this village just south of Towcester. Completion is due this summer.
Overstone: We’re building 65 houses (one, two, three and four bed) for affordable rent and 28 two, three and four bed houses for shared ownership sale with Taylor Wimpey. Also, we’re building 64 homes for affordable rent (one bedroomed flats and two, three and four bedroomed houses) and 28 houses (two, three and four bedrooms) for shared ownership sale with Vistry. Completion of these will start this summer and run through to 2027.
Earl’s Barton: We’re building four affordable rent homes in another village location situated between Northampton and Wellingborough – two 2-bedroomed houses and one 2-bedroomed and one 3-bedroomed house on Morby Road. There will be electric vehicle charging points for all homes on this site. Completion is due any time now with a further six homes (three for shared ownership and three for affordable rent) coming in June.
Kislingsbury: We’re building 10 new homes on Rothersthorpe Road, including one bedroomed maisonettes, two bedroomed bungalows and a three bedroomed house for affordable rent, as well as two and three bedroomed houses for shared ownership sale. All homes will have electric vehicle charging points. Handovers are due in April and May this year.
