Mays Place becomes first development fully completed as Amplius

Our 121-home Mays Place development in Bourne has been completed.

The development – on Manning Road in the town – is made up on one, two, three and four-bedroom properties.

We’ve delivered the scheme in partnership with Allison Homes.

Work started on the site in 2023 and the final four homes have now been handed over to us.

They’ve been made available on various tenures including Shared Ownership, Rent to Buy and Affordable Rent.
