Our homes for over 55s

We can support you with finding an home through our Independent Living Schemes. We have over 20 schemes to choose from across Bedfordshire, Northamptonshire and Milton Keynes.

Who can apply for a scheme?

• If you’re 55 and over, you can apply for one of our schemes. 
• You can apply as a couple, if one of you is over 55.
• We accept applications from renters and homeowners. 

We may also accept applications from people under 55 who have a disability or medical condition. Reach out to our team if you have any questions. 

How do I apply for a scheme?

For most of our schemes, you’ll need to apply for housing through the relevant council.

Peace of mind with Life24

We also offer our Life24 service — a 24-hour alarm and assistance service that can ensure you and your loved one’s peace of mind.

We also provide a Telecare alarm service in partnership with Bedford Borough Council.

To give extra peace of mind we are certified as meeting the Quality Standards for Technology Enabled Care (TEC).
