Rent
What is rent?
Rent is the regular payment you make for your home. It covers the cost of managing, maintaining and repairing your home.
What are service charges?
Service charges are separate from your rent. They pay for services in shared areas or your building, such as cleaning, grounds maintenance, lighting and safety systems.
There are different ways to pay your rent and charges, so you can choose what works for you. If you’re worried about paying, we’re here to help, contact Payment Support on 0800 111 4013.
