Customers on Voice, our customer feedback platform, told us they wanted more variety in appointment time blocks to make it easier to fit appointments around work and family commitments.
Following this feedback, our heating contractor, Aaron Services, have generously extended their service hours in March to include evening and Saturday appointments for annual gas safety checks.
The extra slots will be available between 5pm to 7pm weekday evenings and all day Saturday, adding 186 additional slots in March.
How do I book?
You do not need to contact us to book your annual gas safety check. When your annual gas safety check is due you will receive an appointment card through the post from our gas contractor, Aaron Services, with an appointment date for the safety check and service to be completed. If the appointment that you have been allocated is unsuitable, you should contact Aaron Services, on their Freephone telephone number 0800 177 7003 and they will arrange a new appointment for you on a day and time that is convenient for you.
