News – 23 February 2023 We’ve improved how we provide feedback on our website. In December, we posted a survey on Voice, our customer feedback platform, to help us better understand what our customers want from a feedback page on our website. This feedback, which you can find on this page, has been really helpful in shaping the content of that page, so thanks to everyone who completed the survey. As a result, we’ve now updated the feedback page using loads of your suggestions. There’s still more work to do on it, but hopefully you like the new set up. This is just one example of where customer feedback has helped shape what we do. We’re always looking for your feedback on Voice, so sign up now if you haven’t already.
