We have officially taken handover of our largest ever scheme – Chamomile Gardens.
The extra care scheme in Biggleswade has 93 one and two-bedroom apartments for over-55s and offers independent living with tailored care and support.
Chamomile Gardens has been built to help people relax into retirement, with each apartment having its own private balcony or terrace. There are beautifully landscaped gardens, as well as a hairdressers, restaurant and even a cinema room.
We’re also providing a changing places bathroom within the building, which members of the public will be able to use.
The apartments are available for both shared ownership and social rent and were previously marketed under the name Sorrel Gardens. Now that the scheme is complete though, we’ve taken the postal address.
