Your voice, your impact

Voice is our customer feedback platform. It’s completely anonymous and lets you give us your views and opinions.

As a member of Voice, you can:

• take part in surveys
• join online discussions
• fill in short polls
• give feedback on things like key documents and communications
• and other activities to make sure your voice is heard. 

All feedback is then used to improve our services. We’ll also let you know how it’s influenced any changes.

It’s available at any time of day. It can also be accessed by computer, mobile or tablet.

There’s also a monthly prize draw for anyone who take part in one or more activities. Five £20 Amazon vouchers are up for grabs each month.
