Energy efficiency

We are committed to improving the energy efficiency of your homes. To do this we could look to carry out improvement works. They could include the installation of:

• Air Source Heat Pumps
• Solar PV (Photovoltaics)
• Loft insulation
• Cavity wall insulation
• External wall Insulation
• High Retention Storage Heaters

By 2030 we aim for all of our homes to be at least EPC C rating.

We use property data to find out which homes fall under this rating. These homes are then prioritised for potential improvements each financial year.

If we find your home needs improvements, we’ll let you know. Our contractor will book a time to come and check what work may be needed. Once we’ve approved their recommendations, we’ll sort a date with you to do the work. 

We’ll then give you the details of the work that’s needed and how long it will take.
