Alice, her husband Adam, and son Oscar, live in one of our new-build three-bedroomed homes in Shefford, Bedfordshire. Their home is extra special, because it’s our 1,000th shared ownership property!
To celebrate this achievement, Dave Lakin, Director of Development & Commercial, together with some of our Sales and Development team, visited Alice to present her with some flowers.
Alice said: “We’re very pleased with our home – it’s high quality, with ample indoor and outdoor space. We’re looking forward to putting our roots down here and making this our family home.”
Alice’s home is one of 42 affordable homes on this site at Ivel Road, which was originally one very large house and its land.
