Over the last year, PH Jones, our heating contractor, have unfortunately been unable to deliver the level of service that you customers deserve.
As a result, we have agreed with PH Jones to part company and the contract will end in July.
We’ve agreed a new heating contractor, Aaron Services, who already work with us to install new boilers in our properties.
Aaron Services started out in 1985 as a small family business in the East of England and have now grown into a market leading heating and hot water specialist.
Executive Director of Operations, Phil Hardy, said “Despite the efforts of both the Grand Union and PH Jones teams we know that the service has not been good enough in the last year and I am really sorry to every customer that we have let down as a result. I know that we now, along with Aaron Services, have some hard work to do to regain your trust.
“I am confident that we will though, and our teams are already working hard on plans for the transition of contractors over the coming weeks.”
We will continue to provide updates over the coming weeks and will properly introduce you to Aaron Services soon. In the meantime, we wanted to thank you for your patience over the last year and are incredibly sorry for those who have been affected by the issues we’ve faced.
PH Jones have given their full commitment to deliver ongoing services until July and thankfully the nicer weather has meant that they have also been able to catch up on a number of outstanding jobs.
