Please be aware, we’ve received reports of individuals knocking on customers’ doors in the Rushden area advising they are from Grand Union and asking for rent payments in cash. Grand Union do not collect rent at customers’ doors.
Should you be approached please contact the police in the first instance.
All members of Grand Union staff will carry an ID card and will provide evidence of this when they visit a property – if in doubt ask for their ID.
