The impact of county lines and cuckooing
News – 21 March 2023
Our Successful Tenancies Team Leader, Rachel Welbourn, has a passion for empowering victims of exploitation to remain safe in their homes. She actively looks for opportunities to raise the profile of what we can do at Grand Union, and in the social housing sector as a whole, to help vulnerable people, such as those who are unable to protect themselves from practices such as county lines and cuckooing, keep a safe place to call home.
In this video, Rachel talks to our Group Chief Executive, Aileen Evans, about what cuckooing and county lines involve and how we, and partner agencies, can help to fight this growing problem.
