Customers urged to be cautious when receiving unsolicited letters

We’re aware that some of our customers have received letters from a company called Property Krowd.

These letters ask you to scan a QR code or visit a website to confirm you live at your address and that you’re one of our customers.

It suggests that you’ll be able to access a community with information about repairs to your home and energy savings.

We want to make it clear that Property Krowd is not connected to Amplius and these letters have nothing to do with us.

We’ve not asked them to collect any information from you, nor have we provided any information to them about your home’s energy efficiency.

If you have a repair which you need to report, please log it on MyGUHG or call 0300 123 5544 and we’ll be happy to help. We can also confirm whether any letters or other communication you’ve received is from us.
