Home surveys (stock condition surveys)

Making sure your home is in good condition is really important to us. That’s why we carry out property and energy efficiency surveys on your home every five years.

We use the information from these surveys to plan repairs and future home improvements, such as replacement kitchens, bathrooms and windows etc.

Once we’ve arranged an appointment for your home survey with you, we will confirm this with a letter. Please let us know as soon as possible if you can’t make it, so we can rearrange.

Please note, the visiting surveyors could be Amplius colleagues, or from one of our partners JLL or Savills. They’ll show you their ID and if you want to call us to check, they’ll be happy to wait. You can find out more about these surveys here.
