Our social media survey results are in!

Thank you to everyone who took part in our recent Voice survey about our social media channels.

Here’s what you told us:

• 27% follow us on Facebook
• 62% didn’t know we had a Facebook page (you can find it here: www.facebook.com/AmpliusLiving)
• 15% had used Facebook Messenger to get in touch with us
• 78% didn’t know this was an option, and
• 48% would use Facebook Messenger in future instead of calling us.

And what content are you interested in? Well, the three things you want to read most are:

• our latest news
• information about/from our support services, for example money advice
• tenancy sustainment guides, such as how to do basic repairs.

Our Communications team will be taking all your feedback on board to help make sure you’re getting the news and information you need from us on social media.

Poll results

We also use Voice to run some polls that are just for fun. The latest one was connected to the RSPB’s Big Garden Bird Watch, the results of which will be released mid-April.

We asked what your favourite garden bird was ,and it was no surprise that the robin is your favourite, taking 86% of the vote! In second place, with just 4%, was the blue tit.

Making the most of Voice

As a member of Voice, there are a few things we’d like you to know:

• It’s anonymous – no one at Amplius will be able to see how you have responded, so pick a username and profile picture that doesn’t identify you.
• We’ll email you surveys or you can log in to take part. You can complete them on your desktop, mobile or laptop in your free time. To make sure you get emails please add [email protected] to your safe senders/contact list.
• Check out the community forums and share any local events that may benefit other users.
• Remember to log in regularly to make sure you don’t miss out on any opportunities to make your voice heard.
