Results of customer survey about rent payment frequency

We recently asked Voice members how frequently they pay their rent, reasons why they pay this way and whether they felt they would be impacted if rent charges were changed to monthly rather than weekly. Please note that at this stage, this was just a fact-finding survey and no decision has been made to change the way rent is charged.

Here’s what Voice members told us:

• 53% pay their rent monthly and 24% pay their rent weekly

• 52% have always paid this way; 36% say it helps with budgeting

• 81% felt there would be no impact to their finances if rent was charged monthly rather than weekly.

We also use Voice to run some polls that are just for fun. We asked Voice members what’s on their bucket list:

• 25% would like to see the Northern Lights
• 13% are keen to go on safari
• 10% want to swim with dolphins
• 6% are thinking of getting a tattoo
• 4% fancy writing a book
• 40% have something else on their list!

What’s coming up on Voice

We’ll be asking members how we can encourage other customers to join Voice. We’re also thinking about the sunny weather and asking what’s the best thing about summer.

• It’s anonymous – no one at Amplius will be able to see how you have responded, so pick a username and profile picture that doesn’t identify you.
• We’ll email you surveys or you can log in to take part. You can complete them on your desktop, mobile or laptop in your free time. To make sure you get emails please add [email protected] to your safe senders/contact list.
• Check out the community forums and share any local events that may benefit other users.
• Remember to log in regularly to make sure you don’t miss out on any opportunities to make your voice heard.
