- Logging routine repairs by phone or MyGUHG
- Our teams won’t be able to process card payments over the phone
- Checking rent statements on MyGUHG
A number of other services might be unavailable during this time. Also, our teams might not be able to help you with all of your queries. So if you can, please wait to get in touch until our systems are back up and running.
It’s important to know that all appointments for repairs and visits will be kept as usual during this time.
If you have an emergency repair, you can still call 0300 123 5544. If it’s not urgent, please wait until Monday or later to report it.
