Voice members tell us what they think about Voice!

We’re always looking to encourage more Amplius customers to join Voice and share feedback with us. Last month we asked Voice members to share the reasons they joined Voice and what they’d say to encourage more people to get involved. Nearly 100 Voice members took part and shared their Voice. Here’s what they said about their reasons for joining:

• 60% wanted to have their say on subjects that matter to them
• 20% wanted to keep up-to-date with the latest news
• 13% wanted to influence decision-making at Amplius
• 5% wanted to see what others are saying
• 2% joined for the incentives and the chance to win prizes

We’re working on encouraging more Amplius customers to join us and will use this feedback to help with a recruitment drive.

We also use Voice to run some polls that are just for fun. Last month, as we enjoyed the lovely warm weather, we asked about people’s favourite thing about summer.

• 59% like the longer daylight hours
• 14% confessed they prefer winter!
• 8% enjoy gardening
• 6% love to spark up a BBQ
• 6% venture off on holiday

What’s coming up?

Following the merger to become Amplius, we’ll be updating the Voice website name to voice.amplius.co.uk.

Voice users won’t notice any difference to survey invites or how Voice looks.

Making the most of voice

As a member of Voice, there are a few things we’d like you to know:

• It’s anonymous – no one at Amplius will be able to see how you have responded, so pick a username and profile picture that doesn’t identify you.
• We’ll email you surveys or you can log in to take them, You can complete them on your desktop, mobile or laptop in your free time. To make sure you get emails please add [email protected] to your safe senders/contact list.
• Remember to log in regularly to make sure you have completed the latest activities.
