What does customer engagement mean to our customers

Weโ€™re currently developing our new Customer Service Strategy and Customer Engagement Framework, so our most recent Voice survey asked you what customer engagement means to you and how you would like to get involved. Thank you to everyone who took part.

Hereโ€™s what you told us:

  • 89% of customers were aware of, and had used, Voice
  • 72% had taken part in surveys
  • 66% had taken part in polls.

We also asked you what might encourage you to take part in engagement opportunities. You said:

  • Having online surveys that can be accessed at any time (74%)
  • Knowing what difference youโ€™ve made (58%)

You felt that the main barriers that limited your involvement were:

  • Thinking it wonโ€™t make a difference (31%)
  • Not knowing what the involvement options are (30%)
  • Not having enough time (21%)

Whatโ€™s coming up on Voice

Weโ€™ll be inviting you to take part in a survey about home contents insurance to find out how many of you have protected your personal belongings against unforeseen circumstances. And itโ€™s National Cheese Day soon (4 June) so weโ€™ll be using our poll to find out your favourite cheese.

Making the most of Voice

As a member of Voice, there are a few things weโ€™d like you to know:

  • Itโ€™s anonymous โ€“ no one at Amplius will be able to see how you have responded, so pick a username and profile picture that doesnโ€™t identify you.
  • Weโ€™ll email you surveys or you can log in to take part. You can complete them on your desktop, mobile or laptop in your free time. To make sure you get emails please add [email protected] to your safe senders/contact list.
  • Check out the community forums and share any local events that may benefit other users.
  • Remember to log in regularly to make sure you donโ€™t miss out on any opportunities to make your voice heard.
