We’ve delivered nearly 900 new homes in the last financial year.
In total, 896 new homes have been completed in the 12-month period, which also saw us complete our merger to become Amplius.
This included 389 low-cost ownership homes, including Rent to Buy and Shared Ownership, 388 for affordable rent and 108 social rent properties.
Marcus Keys, Chief Development & Commercial Officer, said: “Our results for the last 12 months have helped us to deliver multiple mixed tenure developments across the Midlands, east and southeast England.
“This is quite simply a fantastic achievement, and I want to pay tribute to all my team for their hard work and determination to record such brilliant results.
“We’ve also had lots of support from colleagues in finance, lettings and housing management, and this wouldn’t have been possible without them.
“Now that we’ve come together as a single Development team, we’re working hard on a new Development and Sales strategy which we hope to launch later this year. In this, we’ll target the completion of even more new homes.
“By completing this many homes and addressing the housing need in our area, we’re helping to tackle the housing crisis in the country, and we’re determined to continue this work to provide even more people with the opportunity to take their first step on the housing ladder.”
Throughout the year, we also completed the acquisition of nearly 100 properties from two separate registered providers, including 27 supported living homes.
Marcus added that we remain open to additional acquisitions where there is a clear economic and service delivery advantage.
