Heartbreaking news about Helen

Everyone at Amplius is devastated by the tragic passing of our colleague, Helen Bird.

Helen, who had been with the organisation for 12 years, was our Customer Voice and Influence Manager and played an integral role in helping to improve the way we connect with our customers.

Craig Taylor, our Director of Customer Operations, said: “We’re shocked and completely devastated by what has happened.

“Helen was a genuinely lovely person, an extremely popular colleague and someone who built up a real rapport with our involved customers.

“She cared passionately about improving people’s lives. That enthusiasm clearly came through in everything Helen did, as she worked tirelessly for our customers.

“Our thoughts are with Helen’s family, her friends and her colleagues at this awful time.”

We continue to provide support for our colleagues who’ve been affected by this news and have opened a book of condolence for them to pay tribute to Helen.

As there is an ongoing criminal case relating to Helen’s death, we won’t be making any further comment.
